It is time to find ‘you’ again! I am passionate about helping you take the steps needed to get back to doing the things you love. There should be no limit to being active, engaging and playing with family, heading out with friends, or doing the things that keep you happy and healthy.
Through all life stages I am committed to helping you feel your best! As a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist, my areas of interest include pre and post pregnancy, post-gynaecological surgery, as well as helping those who are experiencing hormonal changes such as with menopause and chemotherapy. I am committed to helping you find a path back to the activities you enjoy. All too often I see patients avoiding or giving up the things they love due to incontinence, pain, or fear. I am committed to empowering you to optimise your quality of life and overcome these obstacles.
I endeavour to provide you with a plan that is sensitive and attune to your life, whilst also being results driven. I am here to listen and guide you towards your goals with compassion, empathy, and flexibility.
